Dancin’ in the streets!Enjoy a day of non stop music, fun and dancing in spirit of the Caribbean at the Birmingham Carnival.
Celebrating the multi cultural roots of the city, the Carnival is huge celebration and a massively vibrant event to which all are welcome. Visitors can expect a fun filled mix of entertainment, with stalls housing everything from arts and crafts, to Caribbean, local and international cuisine, plus non-stop live music all in the spirit of Carnival!
Held on Sunday 5 August, 2007, the vibrant procession led by the new Carnival Queen starts at 12.30 from Oxhill Road, Handsworth and ends up at Perry Park at approx 3.30pm then the celebrations last until 9.00pm.
