Chef Profile

Head Chef Peter Quinion has over ten years culinary experience, having previously worked at Michelin starred Cliveden Hotel in Berkshire, as well as at The Bath Spa Hotel where he also completed a tutelage at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons in Oxford.
Peter's most recent post before joining City Café was as a consultant chef for Food Nation Consultancy.

On joining City Café in November 2003 Peter said: "I can bring a wealth of culinary knowledge, passion and energy to the City Café team. The move to City Café will allow me to showcase my individual skills and I look forward to taking the restaurant to the next level, with my ability to exercise autonomy and creativity within the Market menu. Together with the help of my team, we will ensure that the restaurant is continually recognised as one of the top restaurants in Bristol and its surrounding areas."
