Executive Chef for City Inn Westminster - Alexis Guillemot

Alexis Guillemot is the new Executive Chef for City Inn Westminster, responsible for City Café, Millbank Lounge, Private dining and the exclusive penthouse SkyLounge.

Alexis brings a wealth of culinary experience to his position of Executive Chef.  He began his career in France, working in several quality restaurants, including the two Michelin Star Chiberta Restaurant on the Champs Elysées Avenue, Paris.  He has also worked for a number of high profile organisations in London in the last twenty years, during which he received the Culinary Palm Award for his service to the catering industry.  His past experience includes working at the Grosvenor House Hotel with Nico Ladenis, Café Royal with Herbert Berger, and Bibendum Restaurant with Matthew Harris.  Recently, he worked for Harrods for two years and was Executive Head Chef at the Cumberland Hotel before joining City Inn.
