Millbank Lounge's extensive and eclectic whisky collection includes a mix of the rare and more available blended, single malt and single grain Scotch whiskies as well as vatted 'pure' malts.The list provides a journey through the regions and islands of Scotland; taking in the low and the highlands as well as Speyside and over to Orkney, Skye and Jura.
Whiskies are available by the bottle or the measure complete with tasting notes authored by Professor Alan Rutherford, visiting Professor in Distilling at Heriot-Watt University.
