How to redeem your 15% discount:

- Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email confirming your reservation
- Click the "Heathrow / Gatwick Express" link highlighted in the reservation email
- You will be directed to the appropriate website, where you can select the train ticket that is most suitable for you
- Complete your train ticket booking with a credit or debit card payment only
- You will be issued with a reference number
Gatwick Express - give the reference number to the on-train staff and he/she will issue a ticket receipt
Heathrow Express - you will need to enter your reference number into one of the automated ticket machines on the platform to collect your ticket receipt
