We use only the finest quality beef produced from the Scottish Estates of the Duke of Buccleuch. Our rib-eye steaks are aged for a minimum of 21 days and accompanied by watercress and béarnaise for maximum flavour.

All of our fish is caught using traditional techniques by local artisans off the coastal waters of Northern Scotland - so it's sustainable as well as delicious.
