Lee Scott is City Inn Manchester's Head Chef, responsible for City Cafe, Piccadilly Lounge, Private Dining and the exclusive penthouse Sky Lounge.City Inn are delighted to announce Lee as the new Executive Chef at City Café Manchester. Lee has a great reputation in the business for delivering quality food, we know he will continue the already great reputation we have built over the last 9 months.
'Lee's career has developed by supporting and leading some of the country's most prestigious hotels and restaurants all at senior level, from heading The 1 Michelin star Samling to leading as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay at The Savoy Grill, whilst maintaining the Michelin Star and 3 rosettes. Lee's most recent position was as Executive Head Chef at the award winning Haycock in Wansford. Lee's career is a testament to his culinary excellence, his knowledge and passion for food are only surpassed by his ability to run a successful kitchen.'
