From the start

  • Your initial enquiry will be returned as an outline quote detailing rate and availability within 2 hours within business hours.
  • Out of business hours (8am - 7pm) a response will be provided before 11am on the next working day.
  • Provisional bookings made more than 21 days in advance will be held for 7 days.
  • Complimentary early access can be arranged up to 3 days prior to arrival subject to availability.
  • Complimentary car parking space for the meeting organiser per day for events over 10 delegates.
  • We will accept a change of numbers (up to 25%) up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty (Mon - Fri). Out of this time frame booked numbers will be charged.

On the day

  • Guaranteed assistance from your car to your room and assistance with set up.
  • Event organiser to be met each day to run through event details to reconfirm all timings and use of equipment.
  • Guaranteed delivery of all packages to meeting room in time for set up.
  • Complimentary wireless access during your event.
  • On hand technology support.
  • Instant access to on call service through our 'butler buttons'.
  • Guaranteed delivery of on time breaks to ensure your meetings runs to time.
  • Debrief session at the end of each day.
  • Bill on departure if required.
  • Rebooking discount of 10% from published tariff for future event if booked on day of departure. This discount will apply even if your future date has to change.

After the event

  • Satisfaction check by agreed method- phone or email after the event using a small questionnaire.
  • Our aim is to ensure you leave feeling all aspects of your event have been catered for as agreed and should you be unhappy with any aspect as a result of delayed or poor service we will refund 100% of this element.
  • All we ask is that you make us aware of this on the day to ensure as much can be done as possible to rectify any service deficiencies. However we will apply a no quibble policy if you are genuinely not satisfied.
