City Inn - Advanced Purchase

Full credit card details are required at time of booking
The card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in to validate the booking
We do not accept third party credit cards for Advance Purchase reservations
All cards will be charged for your full stay within 72 hours of making the booking
Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void
Cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in the loss of all paid deposits. VAT may apply
Bookings are non-transferable
Subject to availability at time of booking

City Inn Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.

City Inn Guarantee Policy
Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Summer Offer
The Sound of the Summer rates are per package inclusive of VAT and are based on a minimum two-night stay encompassing a Friday or a Sunday night. Reservations must be booked between 29th May 2008 and 8th Sept 2008 for stays between 24th July 2008 and 8th September 2008. This offer is subject to availability at all times. All bookings carry the 'Advance Purchase' restrictions detailed in the terms and conditions above and require full pre-payment at time of booking. You will receive one book of money-off vouchers per booking. Voucher books shall be issued upon check-in which can be used within City Inn Hotels either during your stay or up to 8th September 2008. Terms and conditions apply to the use of the vouchers and are detailed on the reverse of each voucher

Wizard of Oz Packages
Wizard of Oz - Family Package: Rate is per adult and is based on a family of four, being two adults and two children (under 16) sharing. Offer is based on a two night stay in two rooms (adjoining rooms subject to availability) and is inclusive of full English breakfast both mornings and pre-theatre three course dinner on one night. Three courses must be selected from the Market Menu. Children dine Free when ordering from Children's menu only. Offer is inclusive of VAT and is subject to availability. Phone bookings only will be accepted. Please quote " Wizard of Oz" when booking. Package is non-refundable except on the occasion that the concert is cancelled. The package elements and rate are non-negotiable.

Wizard of Oz - Two Person Package: Rate is per person and based on two people sharing. Offer is inclusive of full English breakfast, vat and is subject to availability. Phone bookings only will be accepted. Please quote " Wizard of Oz" when booking. Package is non-refundable except on the occasion that the concert is cancelled. The package elements and rate are non-negotiable.

Fresh this Season
The 45 minute guaranteed applies to 2 course lunches selected from the market menu only and excludes all beverages.

Mailing List Competition
Sign up to City Inn's mailing list before Friday 22nd August, 2.00pm to receive news and special offers from City Inn and you will automatically be entered in our competition to win a weekend stay.

The prize includes one night's accommodation at City Inn Westminster, including two tickets to Wizard of Oz at Royal Festival Hall, 7.30pm on Saturday 30th August, one night's accommodation in standard room, including full English breakfast at City Cafe for two people. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for any part of this prize and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be paid in full prior to departure. City Inn Ltd has the right to withdraw the competition and amend the prize at any time without notice.
