City Inn - Advanced Purchase

Full credit card details are required at time of booking
The card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in to validate the booking
We do not accept third party credit cards for Advance Purchase reservations
All cards will be charged for your full stay within 72 hours of making the booking
Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void
Cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in the loss of all paid deposits. VAT may apply
Bookings are non-transferable
Subject to availability at time of booking

City Inn Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.

City Inn Guarantee Policy
Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Autumn Offers
The Autumn offers rates are per package inclusive of VAT and are based on a minimum two-night stay encompassing a Friday or a Sunday night. Reservations can be booked anytime between now and the 21st December 2008 for stays between 12th September 2008 and 21st December 2008. This offer is subject to availability at all times. All bookings carry the 'Advance Purchase' restrictions detailed in the terms and conditions above and require full pre-payment at time of booking.

The 45 minute guaranteed applies to 2 course lunches selected from the market menu only and excludes all beverages.

London Jazz Festival Offer
Redeemable between 14/11/2008 and 23/11/2008 in Millbank Lounge only. Please present to your server at the time of ordering. No redemption is accepted until a member of staff has confirmed it to you. A maximum of one voucher per transaction. This voucher entitles the holder to a choice of either: one cocktail free of charge when two cocktails are purchased in the Bar. All three cocktails must be ordered and served at the same time. The cocktail that is of lesser or equal value will be given free of charge; OR entitles the holder to one item from the 'To Share' section of the Bar or the Summer Menu free of charge when two glasses of wine are purchased in the bar or on the terrace. Both glasses of wine and the 'To Share' dish must be ordered at the same time. This voucher can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounted rate. There is no cash alternative to this offer. The cash value of this voucher is £0.0001. Vouchers may not be resold or auctioned online. Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Photocopies not accepted. The offer is subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn from time to time. Use of vouchers is subject to these voucher terms and conditions. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final.

The prize includes one night's accommodation in standard room, including full English breakfast at City Cafe for two people. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for any part of this prize and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be paid in full prior to departure. City Inn Ltd has the right to withdraw the competition and amend the prize at any time without notice.
