City Inn Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.
City Inn Guarantee Policy
Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Spring Sale rates are per package inclusive of VAT and are based on a minimum two-night stay. Offer is valid Friday - Sunday only from Friday, 29th Feb until Sunday, 1st June and is subject to availability. All bookings carry the 'Advance Purchase' restrictions detailed above and require full pre-payment at time of booking and can not be cancelled.
