- Full credit card details are required at time of booking
- The card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in to validate the booking
- We do not accept third party credit cards for Advance Purchase reservations
- All cards will be charged for your full stay within 72 hours of making the booking
- Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void
- Cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in the loss of all paid deposits. VAT may apply
- Bookings are non-transferable

City Inn Flexible Rate Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.
City Inn Guarantee Policy
Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Early arrival 10am upon availability - Our staff will do the utmost to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, In the unlikely event that the room type you have booked is not ready after 10am. A standard room will be available for your to change and rest until the room you have booked is ready. 10% discount offer on F&B not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Neighbours Card Offers
Present your reward card to redeem 10% off all full price food and beverage purchases made and consumed within City Café restaurant and City Inn Bar. This offer is not valid on dishes selected from our Market Menu or with our seasonal offers. This reward card can be used at any City Café restaurant or City Inn Bar. Original reward cards only accepted. Participants in this scheme must be over 18 years of age. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. City Inn Management reserve the right to cancel or refuse this offer to participant(s) at any time. Participants in this scheme must validate the card before use. Please present to your server at the time of ordering. No redemption is accepted until a member of staff has confirmed it to you. A maximum of one food voucher may be used in respect of each food bill. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. There is no cash alternative to this offer. The cash value of the voucher is £0.0001. Use of the voucher is subject to these voucher terms and conditions. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final.
À la carte menu promotion
This offer can be redeemed at any City Café restaurant but only applies when ordering dishes from our À la carte or Lounge menus. To redeem this offer, online booking confirmation is to be provided and/or a copy of the reservation. This offer is limited to one glass of wine per dining customer. City Inn Management reserve the right to cancel or refuse this offer to participant(s) at any time. In case of dispute, the manager's decision is deemed final. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and accommodation is subject to availability.
Fresh this Season
The 45 minute guaranteed applies to 2 course lunches selected from the Market Menu only and excludes all beverages.
City Inn - Always Exceptional Value
Valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stays between now and Saturday 4th September 2010. On certain dates this offer may be available on a room-only basis. A full non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking – the terms and conditions for Advance Purchases apply (see top of page for details). This offer must be booked at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date and is available only for bookings of up to nine rooms. The 20% discount on food and beverage purchases only applies to full price food and beverages and shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is subject to availability at all times.
City Inn - Summer in the City - 15% Discount
Valid between now and Sunday 5th September 2010. Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card. The 15% discount is only available on three night stays booked under our flexible rate and shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is subject to availability at all times. This offer is not valid between the 27th - 30th August 2010.
Newsletter Competition
1. The competition is being operated by City Inn Limited ("City Inn") of 3rd Floor Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London SW1P 4QP.
2. Competition entries must be submitted to City Inn online via the form provided on or before 1st September 2010.
3. Only fully complete entries submitted within the given time alone shall be accepted.
4. Entrants must be over 18. Only one entry per person is allowed. The competition is not open to City Inns employees, families or agents or anyone connected with the administration of the competition.
5. All entries shall become and remain the property of City Inn. By entering this competition you are agreeing that the details you provide may be used by City Inn Limited (strictly no 3rd parties) for both operational and marketing purposes.
6. The winner will be determined at the judges' absolute discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will receive a consecutive, two-night weekend stay at City Inn Tower of London with breakfast on both mornings of their stay.
7. The winner will be responsible for their transportation costs and any overnight accommodation if relevant.
8 City Inn is not responsible for damaged or lost entries and all such entries will be void.
9. The winner shall be notified within 21 days of the closing date for the competition.
10. In order to claim their prize, the winner must respond to City Inn by phone and the prize winner will be required to book their prize with through the City Inn Marketing department. The prize must be booked before the 1st December 2010. If the prize had not been claimed within 28 days of notification it shall be forfeit and instead offered to another entrant at City Inn's discretion.
11. No personal or cash alternative is available to the prize.
12. City Inn accepts no liability for any failure of the prize or any damage, loss or costs incurred due to the prize. This shall not affect City Inn's unlimited liability in respect of (a) personal injury or death caused by its negligence; (b) fraud; and (c) any other liability in respect of which law prescribes that liability may not be limited or excluded.
13. Only those things expressly referred herein are included in the prize.
14. No entry fee is applicable to this competition.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Affiliate Marketing Privacy Policy

Birmingham City Inn Car Park: £12 for 24 hours (limited availability, based on a first come, first served basis).
NCP Car Park (located behind the hotel): all tickets that are taken to the manned booth with proof of stay at City Inn will be charged at the £12 tariff (based on the 12 - 24 hours ticket). Long term debit tickets are also available.
Bristol City Inn Car Park: £3 for up to 4hrs; £8 for 24hrs
Limited availability, based on a first come first served basis.
NCP Car Park (1 minute walk away): £4.50 for 4hrs. Free from 6pm to 8am
Glasgow City Inn Car Park: Car parking is complimentary and readily available for guests of City Inn.

Take ticket a from the machine as normal. Obtain a validation ticket from City Inn reception or Guest services desk and then when back at the NCP use your original ticket first by placing the ticket in the ticket machine and directly after place your validation ticket in the ticket machine (the machine will swallow the validation ticket). Your price will automatically be amended. Your original ticket will then return and this is what you use to exit.
Manchester City Inn Car Park: Car parking is available at a nearby NCP located in Piccadilly Place and charges will apply. Discount is applicable for hotel residents, please get your ticket validated by Guest Services prior to your departure.
Westminster City Inn Car Park: Car parking is subject to availability and charges apply.
