All City Inn packages and promotions have terms and conditions. Check the small print for our current offers listed below.City Inn - Advanced Purchase
- Full credit card details are required at time of booking
- The card used at time of booking must be presented at check-in to validate the booking
- We do not accept third party credit cards for Advance Purchase reservations
- All cards will be charged for your full stay within 72 hours of making the booking
- Credit cards which are unable to be charged will result in the reservation being null and void
- Cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in the loss of all paid deposits. VAT may apply
- Bookings are non-transferable
- Subject to availability at time of booking
City Inn Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 2pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card.
City Inn Guarantee Policy
Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. Please note that upon check-in, an additional credit card authorisation for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorisations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.
Summer Offer
The Sound of the Summer rates are per package inclusive of VAT and are based on a minimum two-night stay encompassing a Friday or a Sunday night. Reservations must be booked between 29th May 2008 and 8th Sept 2008 for stays between 24th July 2008 and 8th September 2008. This offer is subject to availability at all times. All bookings carry the 'Advance Purchase' restrictions detailed in the terms and conditions above and require full pre-payment at time of booking. You will receive one book of money-off vouchers per booking. Voucher books shall be issued upon check-in which can be used within City Inn Hotels either during your stay or up to 8th September 2008. Terms and conditions apply to the use of the vouchers and are detailed on the reverse of each voucher.
Frequent Guest Reward Offer - 10% off our Summer Offer
If you have received our Frequent Guest Reward Offer by email and you use the promotional code supplied in that email in when reserving your break then you will be entitled to receive either 10% off the total cost of your booking or a complimentary third night. The 10% discount only applies to bookings made under the Summer Offer and cannot be used for any other booking. If you choose to take a complimentary third night instead, this must be a night adjacent to the nights booked under the Summer Offer and cannot be transferred to a different period. The third night covers room only and does not include breakfast. The terms and conditions of the Summer Offer, listed above, shall apply.
