Terms and Conditions
The deadline for receipt of emails is midnight on 30th November 2007, any emails received after this deadline shall not be counted towards the number required to enter the draw. The prize winner will be selected at random by the Group Director of Sales at City Inn Limited. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into. No purchase necessary. The Winner will be formally notified within 7 days of closing date. Only the Winner will be contacted personally. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed.
Travel and accommodation must be taken before 30th November 2008. Flights shall be between a major US airport and either London Gatwick or London Heathrow and both the flights and the 7 night stay in a Suite at City Inn Westminster is at all times dependent on availability. The prize is not available for travel encompassing Christmas, New Year or St. Valentines Day in the UK. The Winner must provide details of a 1st and 2nd choice of dates and destination at least 45 days prior to travel by email to mathieu.bartassot@cityinn.com. A full current passport is required and it is the guests' responsibility, at their expense, to obtain all necessary paperwork and travel insurance prior to travel. No changes may be made once the booking has been confirmed. The terms and conditions of the airline involved will apply; these are available on request and will be supplied on booking. City Inn Limited cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers.
Accommodation is based on two people sharing one room and includes an English Breakfast for each day of the stay. A three course meal (from the Kitchen Menu) is included for one night of the stay on a night to be chosen by the Winner subject to availability in the restaurant. Additional expenses, including but not limited to beverages, meals (other than as mentioned above) transfers to and from the airport, insurance and flight upgrades, are not included and shall be paid in full by the Winner and in the case of additional hotel expenses, prior to departure.
City Inn Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize without notice. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This prize is non transferable, for sale or resale or redeemable for cash. This draw is open to adults aged 18 years or over only. The Winner may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity. Entry into this draw acts as your consent to the collection of the supplied data and may be used for the purpose of future marketing and promotional messages.
